Sports and Fitness

It is one of the school's objectives to promote the physical wellness of students.

The involvement in physical activity and in recognizing the importance of health and fitness, is an essential prerequisite of intellectual endeavour and wellbeing. Learning to win and lose, learning to collaborate and contribute to a group environment, and to develop positive teamwork skills are essential to character development.
